Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gcc-offshore.com (the “Site”), operated by GCC Offshore, a division of Global Citizen Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order through it, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Nothing Here Is Legal or Tax Advice

The content of this Site — including service descriptions, articles, FAQs, the Planning Center, and any recommendation it produces — is general information, not legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Laws differ by country and change frequently, and nothing on this Site accounts for your individual circumstances.

You are responsible for the tax and reporting obligations of your own country of residence and citizenship. We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified tax advisor or attorney before establishing any international structure, and we are glad to coordinate with them.

3. Our Services

We arrange and implement international structures — companies, trusts, foundations, trustee services, and banking introductions — working with licensed registered agents, trustees, and financial institutions in the relevant jurisdictions. Certain services are performed by those third parties under their own terms and regulatory obligations; where that is the case, we facilitate and coordinate but do not control their decisions.

All services are subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement — with a refund of fees for work not yet performed — if due diligence cannot be completed, if information provided proves inaccurate, or if the intended use of a structure appears unlawful.

Banking and private-banking introductions depend on acceptance by the institution concerned. We prepare and present applications diligently but cannot guarantee that any particular bank will open an account.

4. Orders, Fees, and Payment

Fees are stated in US dollars. Package prices are fixed; services labeled “from” are charged at their base fee at the time of order, with any jurisdiction-specific difference quoted and agreed in writing before work begins.

Payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe on its secure payment pages; we never receive or store card details. Annual renewal fees are invoiced separately before each anniversary of your structure and are never charged automatically.

5. Refunds

• Before work begins: orders are refundable in full, less any payment-processing costs we cannot recover.
• After work begins: fees are refundable for the portion of work not yet performed, less costs already incurred.
• Government fees, registry fees, and amounts already paid to third parties (agents, trustees, couriers, banks) are non-refundable once disbursed.
• If we decline an engagement following due diligence, all fees for work not performed are refunded.

6. Your Responsibilities

When ordering or using our services, you agree that:

• All information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and current, and you will inform us promptly of material changes.
• You will use any structure we establish for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for complying with the tax, reporting, and disclosure obligations that apply to you in every relevant country.
• You will maintain your structure in good standing, including paying annual renewal fees when due; structures with unpaid renewals may be struck off by the jurisdiction concerned.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this Site — text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to Global Citizen Consulting and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. You may print or save pages for your personal reference.

8. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party websites, including our parent firm and our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We perform our services with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from decisions made in reliance on general information published on the Site; and our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential, disclosing it only as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. This commitment survives the end of any engagement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date below reflects the latest revision. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order is placed; continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
