Getting Started

How It Works

From first conversation to a working structure in four clear steps — with fixed pricing, one point of contact, and no obligation until you decide to proceed.

01Day 1

Confidential Consultation

A private conversation — by call or in writing — about your situation and goals. No fee, no obligation, and no judgment. We tell you frankly whether offshore structuring helps your case; sometimes the honest answer is that it does not.

02Within a week

Your Written Plan

A concise written recommendation: which structure, which jurisdiction, why, what it costs to set up and maintain, and what we need from you. Fixed prices, no surprises. Review it with your own tax advisor — we encourage it.

031–4 weeks per component

Implementation

Once you order, we handle everything: due diligence, drafting, registrations, apostilles, courier, and banking introductions. You receive progress updates and a single point of contact throughout.

04Every year after

Ongoing Care

Renewals handled and invoiced transparently, records maintained, and an annual check-in to confirm the structure still fits your life. When circumstances change, we adapt the structure with you.

Be Prepared

The Documents You Will Need

Reputable jurisdictions and banks verify who they work with — it is what keeps your structure respectable. Having these ready keeps your timeline short:

  • Certified copy of your passport
  • Proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
  • A short description of your professional background
  • Source-of-funds documentation appropriate to your situation
  • Bank or professional reference, where the institution requires it

Requirements vary slightly by jurisdiction and institution — your written plan lists exactly what applies to you. Documents are transmitted securely and never shared beyond the providers who legally require them.

Start With Step One

The consultation is free and confidential. Or, if you already know what you need, you can order directly and we will confirm everything before work begins.

A note on compliance: GCC Offshore assists exclusively with lawful international structuring. Offshore structures are legal when properly reported; clients remain responsible for meeting the tax and disclosure obligations of their home country, and we encourage every client to work with a qualified tax advisor. We conduct standard due diligence on all new clients.
